LockAliPro – Refund and Returns Policy

At LockAliPro, we strive to provide high-quality products and exceptional customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Refund and Returns Policy below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:
✅ The item must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
✅ The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.
✅ A proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items:

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Items marked as “Final Sale”

  • Products that have been installed, used, or damaged by the customer


2. Return Process

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

1️⃣ Contact Us: Email us at contact@lockalipro.com with your order details and reason for return.
2️⃣ Approval & Instructions: If eligible, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions.
3️⃣ Ship the Item: Securely package the item and ship it back to our return address.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.

    4️⃣ Inspection & Refund: Once received, we will inspect the item and process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.


3. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for defective or damaged products. If you need a replacement, contact us within 7 days of receiving the item at contact@lockalipro.com.


4. Refunds

💰 Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
💰 Refund processing may take 5-7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

🚫 Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


5. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no extra cost.


6. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before shipment for a full refund. If the order has already shipped, customers must follow the return process.
