5. Tracking Your Order

6. Undeliverable or Lost Packages

LockAliPro is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is lost in transit, we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.

๐Ÿ“ฌ If an order is returned to us due to incorrect address information or failure to collect the package, the customer is responsible for additional shipping fees to reship the order.


7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please:

  1. Take photos of the package and damaged item(s).

  2. Contact us at contact@lockalipro.com within 3 days of delivery.

  3. We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund based on the situation.


8. Order Cancellations & Modifications

Orders can only be canceled or modified before they are shipped. Once an order is processed and shipped, it cannot be changed.
